In October 2024, on the occasion of the series of conferences organized in the framework of the training initiatives provided for by the curriculum of the XL Advanced Training Course, the Scuola di Perfezionamento per le Forze di Polizia (SFP) was pleased to host the following senior representatives of the Sistema di Informazione per laSicurezza della Repubblica (SecurityIntelligence Service of the Italian Republic): Ambassador Elisabetta Belloni, Director General of the Dipartimento delle Informazioni per la Sicurezza (Information Security Department – known by its Italian acronym D.I.S.); Prefetto Bruno Valensise, Director of the Agenzia Informazioni e Sicurezza Esterna (External Intelligence and Security Agency – known by its Italian acronym A.I.S.E.) and Prefetto Giovanni Caravelli, Director of the Agenzia Informazione e Sicurezza Interna (Internal Intelligence and Security Agency – known by its Italian acronym A.I.S.I.). Moreover, the SFP was pleased to host the Member of Parliament Lorenzo Guerini, President of the Comitato Parlamentare per laSicurezza della Repubblica (Parliamentary Committee for the Security of the Italian Republic – known by its Italian acronym C.O.P.A.S.I.R.), a bicameral body in charge of supervising all the activities carried out by the Sistema di Informazione per laSicurezza della Repubblica (Intelligence and Security Service of the Italian Republic).
