Meeting on “COMBATING TRAFFICKING IN  HUMAN BEINGS”, held at the CASERTA-BASED SCUOLA INTERNAZIONALE DI ALTA FORMAZIONE (SIAF according to the Italian acronym).

On Friday 15 September  2023, the course on “Combating trafficking in human beings” finished at the venue of the Caserta-based  Scuola Internazionale di Alta Formazione  (International Advanced Training Institute).   

This course, having a two-week duration, was attended by 22 Italian and foreign Senior Police Officers/Officials coming from different countries of mainland Europe * and out of Europe**.

All the participants had the possibility to  hone their training and professional background by sharing their work experiences,  with the aim of strengthening international cooperation to fight, more effectively, against trafficking in human beings and to analyse the most peculiar aspects  of the migration phenomenon.

During this outstanding ceremony, the Director of the Scuola di Perfezionamento per le Forze di Polizia, National Police Dirigente Generale Maurizio VALLONE, together with the new Director of the  Scuola Internazionale, Lieutenant Colonel of the  Carabinieri Corps Domenico FORTE,  handed over the certificates of attendance to all course attendees,  hoping that the network of contacts between the different police forces can be strengthened more and more.
