On 29 February 2024, the trainees of the XXXIX Advanced Training Course attended the hearing held at the Court of Cassation Plenary Session on the legal issue regarding the admissibility, as evidence in criminal trials, of the content of communications made on encrypted platforms acquired through European Investigation Order.
We would like to express our thanks to the President of the Court of Cassation, Mrs. Margherita Cassano, since she allowed the trainees of the XXXIX Advanced Training Course to attend this event, held at the Court of Cassation Plenary Session, considering its importance and relevance in the investigation/judicial scenario.
