In the morning of 3 July 2024, a Panel Discussion on ‘Safety and health in the workplaces. The search for effective, not expensive and sustainable strategies in the world of institutions and businesses’ was held at the ‘Prefetto Carlo Mosca’ Conference Hall of this Institute. The lecturers were the following:  Mr. Fabrizio Ciprani, National Police Central Director of Health Directorate; Mr. Federico Serra, Head of the Technical Secretariat of the Parliamentary Intergroup on ‘Quality of Life in Cities’; Mrs. Marta Clemente, Medical Director at INAIL Central Health Government Department; Mr. Giuseppe Vetrugno, Associate Professor of Legal Medicine at the “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” and Head of “UOS Risk Management Fondazione Policlinico Universitario A. Gemelli IRCCS”; Mrs. Ester Dini, Head of the Study Centre of the “Fondazione Studi Consulenti del Lavoro”; Mr. Matteo Cillotto, Nanotechnology Expert and Head of Research and Development at R.ER. Group; Mr. Alessandro Rizzo, CEO R.ER. Group, a company specialized in nanotechnology research and development.

The moderator for this event  was the Guardia di Finanza Brigadier GeneralMaurizio Muscara’, Deputy Director of the Scuola di Perfezionamento.

The conclusions of the several lectures delivered by the above-mentioned experts were illustrated by Senator Daniela Sbrollini, Vice President of the 10th Permanent Commission on Social Affairs, Health, Public and Private Labour and Social Security.
