On 2 October 2023 a meeting on “Code Red application limits” was held at the “Prefetto Carlo Mosca” Conference Hall. This meeting was attended by about 70 participants.
After the welcome address given by the Scuola di Perfezionamento Director, National Police Dir. Gen. Maurizio Vallone, as well as by the Member of Parliament Marina Semenzato, President of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry into Femicide, the following outstanding lecturers, belonging to institutional and academic milieu, took the floor: the Member of Parliament Catia Polidori, member of OCSE and President of “ Azzurro Donne Italia”; National Police Dir. Sup. Stefano Delfini, Director of the Criminal Analysis Service at the Criminal Police Central Directorate; Carabinieri Corps Colonel Giovanni Martucci, serving at the Carabinieri Corps Scientific Investigation Unit- Criminological Analysis Department; Professor Giacomo Di Gennaro, Academic of Legal and Deviance Sociology at Federico II University, partner of the “Don’t worry” Onlus and Mrs. Bo Guerreschi, International President of “Don’t worry”.
Mrs. Romina Marceca, journalist at the “La Repubblica” newspaper, acted as moderator of this interesting debate on gender-based violence.
