Lecture delivered by the Rome-based Public Prosecutor of the Italian Republic

On 10 February 2020, the Rome-based Public Prosecutor of the Italian Republic, Michele Prestipino Giarritta, delivered a lecture focused on the structural and operational characteristics of Mafia-type organizations operating in Central Italy.

This lecture, which was an integral part of the study seminar on the topic: “Prevention and fight against Mafia-type organizations and Narco Mafia-type organizations”, is one of the initiatives provided for by the curriculum of the XXXV Advanced Training Course, attended by Management grade Police Officers from Italian as well as from foreign Police Forces.

The meeting was attended by the trainees of the XXXV Advanced Training Course, by those of the II level 21st Crime Analysis Course, as well as by several Senior Police Officers and Policemen coming from the Rome-based Operational Units.
