Following the two interesting meetings held on 27 April 2021, in the morning of 28 April 2021 President Bernardo Petralia, Chief of the Prison Administration Department, participated in an intense debate with the trainees of the XXXVI Advanced Training Course, taking into account some sensitive topics concerning the aspects of autonomy and cooperation in judicial investigations.
The high and exhaustive experience of this Magistrate, who has been carrying out his activity for many years in the field of Mafia–type organized crime in his capacity as Head of Public Prosecutor Offices as well as in his capacity as judge in important cases, represented an opportunity to make reference to legislative frameworks and identify the best practices to pursue the common target to ensure security in our society.
