Master in Anti-corruption ‘The evolution of the regulations on public contracts: legal profiles, economic impact and operational aspects’

In the afternoon of 8 October 2024 , the Director of the Scuola di Perfezionamento per le Forze di Polizia (SPFP), National Police Dirigente Generale  Maurizio Vallone, had the pleasure to open  the session regarding the “Master in Anti-corruption” (Academic Year 2023-2024 ) on the topic ‘The evolution of the regulations on public contracts: legal profiles, economic impact and operational aspects’ organized by the Rome-based  Tor Vergata University. This meeting was held at the “Prefetto Carlo Mosca” Conference Hall in the SPFP. 

The panel discussion was attended by the following prominent lecturers: Mr. Giuseppe Busia, President of the National Anti-Corruption Authority (known by its acronym ANAC); Professor Emiliano Di Carlo, Director of the Master in Anti-Corruption Studies; Mr. Giuseppe Cascini, Deputy Public Prosecutor of Rome; Major General Francesco Mattana, Commander of the Economics-Financial Police Academy of the Guardia di Finanza Corps; Mr. Flavio Monosilio, Head of the ANCE Research Office (National Association of Construction Contractors); Lawyer Francesca Palisi, Head of the ABI Legal and Tax Consultancy Service, Professor Gustavo Piga, Full Professor of Political Economy at the Rome-based Tor Vergata University and Mr. Enzo Serata, Director of the FIU – Bank of Italy.
